1. Warranty on Repairs

Many hardware items sold in our store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are governed by the specific terms and conditions set by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the product. If your purchase includes a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be noted on your purchase receipt or within the product’s packaging.

Please be aware that:

Hardware purchases that do not have a manufacturer’s warranty explicitly stated on the purchase receipt are sold "as-is" and do not include any additional warranty from Manny Phone Shop.
We are not responsible for any warranty claims or repairs once the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
3. No Warranty Without Receipt
If there is no warranty explicitly noted on your purchase or repair payment receipt, no warranty coverage applies. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain their receipt as proof of purchase and warranty terms. Without the receipt, we are unable to honor any warranty claims.

4. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of your warranty (where applicable), we recommend that you:

Handle your devices with care, avoiding any physical damage, water exposure, or misuse.

5. Limitations of Liability

6. Warranty Claims
If you believe your repair or hardware is covered under warranty, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and determine whether it falls within the scope of the stated warranty. Any warranty claims must be made within the warranty period indicated on the receipt.
